Ketoxed 102 is an advanced fat burning program that goes deeper into advanced fat burning and detox practices addressing specific organ detox. In these 8-weeks you will learn how to implement diet variation strategy and 7 advanced fat burning protocols that will add variety to your ketogenic toolbox

This course is meant for those already living the ketogenic lifestyle and is fat-adapted. Those are people who have converted their bodies into fat-burning mode for 4 weeks or more.

NOTE: The Ketogenic 101 Course is a pre-requisite for this course

We are going to try 7 advanced fat burning strategies for the first seven weeks and see which one we enjoy more or which one of them suited best to our needs.

  • 4 weeks of sample meal plans that show you how to vary your diet from fat burning to "shocking it" with additional carbs.
  • An explanation of exactly how and when to incorporate carbohydrates into your week.
  • Emails at the beginning of the week containing the information you need to set you up for success for the week.
  • Check-ins every Sunday to monitor your progress and work with you to find creative solutions to any challenges.

  1. People with Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
  2. People with extreme sugar addiction who cannot flip out of ketosis without experiencing harsh sugar cravings that are difficult to resist.
